Constantia Tunaley   1771 - 1854

This is the last will and testament of me Constantia Tunaley of Duffield in the County of Derby widow first I will and direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid and satisfied I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Constantia Maria Roch all my plate books linen china glass money securities for money and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall sit possessed of and also all my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate that I shall be seized or possessed of at the time of my death and all other my property of what nature or kind soever to hold receive and take the same unto my said daughter Constantia Maria her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature of the said properties respectively for her and their own absolute use and benefit I appoint my said daughter Constantia Maria sole executrix of this my last will and testament I revoke all former wills by me heretofore made in witness whereof the said Constantia Tunaley the testatrix have to this my will and testament set my hand this sixteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty four Constantia Tunaley – Signed by the said testatrix Constantia Tunaley as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 7th April 1856 before the judge by the oath of Constantia Maria Roch widow the daughter and the sole executrix to whom administration was granted having first been sworn by commission duly to administer.
